"An organization with administrative and financial, functional and sustainable capacity that integrates, represents, defends, fortifies, advises, enables and develops to the Commercial, Tourist, Industrial and Agricultural sector of Pérez Zeledón, with communal projection, that participates actively in union with other organizations of the county in the denunciation and search of solutions to the diverse problems that affect it".
